In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jl988. By completing the registration process on jl988.co, clicking "I Agree," depositing funds, or placing any wager, you expressly accept these Terms and all additional rules, policies, and guidelines incorporated by reference, including but not limited to jl988's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that party to these Terms. Where you do not have such authority, or where you cannot accept these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the jl988 Platform.

Your continued use of jl988 after any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on jl988, you must:

1. Be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration;
2. Be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law;
3. Not be listed on any PAGCOR exclusion register or any self-exclusion list applicable to the jl988 Platform;
4. Not be an employee, officer, director, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of jl988 or any of its affiliated game providers;
5. Not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited or where jl988 does not hold a valid licence to offer services;
6. Be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or proxy for any third party.

jl988 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time. Any Account found to have been registered in breach of these eligibility requirements will be immediately suspended and all funds may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

Single Account Policy: Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on jl988. Creating duplicate, secondary, or shared accounts constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

To access real-money wagering features on jl988, you must create a registered Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. You agree to maintain the accuracy of your registration information and to update it promptly upon any change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. jl988 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.

You must notify jl988 immediately via live chat support if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any security breach affecting your credentials. jl988 reserves the right to require a password change or impose additional security measures at any time where it reasonably suspects unauthorised access.

jl988 is obligated under PAGCOR licensing conditions and Philippine anti-money laundering legislation to verify the identity and age of all Players before permitting real-money gameplay. By registering an Account, you consent to jl988's KYC verification process and agree to provide all requested documentation promptly.

Acceptable identification documents include, but are not limited to:

• Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) PhilSys National ID;
• Land Transportation Office (LTO) Driver's Licence;
• Philippine Passport (DFA-issued);
• SSS or UMID Card;
• GSIS eCard;
• Voter's Identification Card (COMELEC-issued).

jl988 may request additional documentation at any time, including proof of address, source of funds declarations, or enhanced due diligence materials, where required by law or where jl988 deems it necessary for the prevention of money laundering, terrorist financing, or fraud. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period will result in Account suspension and potentially the return of unplayed deposited funds less applicable processing fees.

Submission of false, altered, or fraudulent documentation is a criminal offence under Philippine law and will result in immediate Account termination, reporting to the appropriate authorities, and forfeiture of all Account balances.

All transactions on the jl988 Platform are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). jl988 does not accept or pay out in any foreign currency. No currency conversion fees are applied by jl988 to PHP transactions, however your payment provider (including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank) may apply their own transaction charges as governed by their separate terms.

Deposits: Deposits to your jl988 Wallet are processed via the payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of the transaction. Minimum deposit thresholds apply and are published in your account dashboard. Deposited funds are available for wagering immediately upon confirmed receipt by the jl988 system. jl988 does not accept third-party deposits — you may only fund your Account using payment instruments registered in your own name.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance with applicable anti-money laundering requirements. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. jl988 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are published in your account settings.

Responsible Withdrawal Policy: jl988 does not use withdrawal processing delays as a standard commercial practice. Processing times displayed in your account represent genuine operational timelines. Any withdrawal held beyond the published processing window due to compliance review will be communicated to you directly via your registered contact details.

All wagers placed on the jl988 Platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product, which are made available within the game interface or via the jl988 Game Information section. These game-specific rules form part of these Terms by reference.

General betting rules applicable across all jl988 products include:

• Bet Confirmation: A bet is not accepted until it is confirmed by the jl988 system and the corresponding amount is deducted from your Wallet. Confirmation may be withheld due to system error, connectivity failure, or compliance intervention.
• System Errors: In the event of a software malfunction, RNG failure, or technical error that affects a game outcome, jl988 reserves the right to void affected bets and return staked amounts to players' Wallets. jl988 is not liable to pay out winnings arising from an obvious error.
• Palpable Errors: Bets placed at odds or with terms that are clearly erroneous (including mispriced sports odds due to data feed error) may be voided by jl988 at its discretion, with staked amounts returned in full.
• Verification of Winnings: All game and bet outcomes are determined by certified RNG software or verified live event results. jl988's determination of any game or bet outcome is final, subject to dispute resolution procedures.
• Maximum Winnings: Maximum payout limits per bet, per game, and per day apply and are published within each game's rules or your Account terms. jl988 reserves the right to limit any individual payout that exceeds published maximums, with the excess amount voided.

From time to time, jl988 may offer promotions, bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, or other incentive programmes to eligible Players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions which will be published at the time the promotion is offered. General bonus terms applicable to all jl988 promotions include:

• Promotions are available to verified, eligible Players unless stated otherwise;
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn;
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim a single promotion, will result in forfeiture of all bonus amounts and potential Account suspension;
• jl988 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice;
• Where a conflict exists between these Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for the purposes of that promotion only.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jl988 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of Wallet balances, and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

1. Fraudulent Activity: Providing false identity documents, using fraudulent payment instruments, or misrepresenting any material fact in connection with your Account;
2. Money Laundering: Using the jl988 Platform to launder proceeds of crime, including depositing and withdrawing funds without genuine gaming activity;
3. Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
4. Cheating Software: Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any software designed to give an unfair advantage over the house or other players;
5. Bonus Abuse: Systematic exploitation of promotions, including the use of multiple Accounts, bet hedging across accounts, or any strategy designed to extract guaranteed profit from bonus funds;
6. Account Sharing: Allowing any third party to access or use your jl988 Account, including family members;
7. Underage Play: Registering or attempting to register while under the age of 21, or facilitating access to the Platform by any person under 21;
8. Chargebacks: Initiating unjustified payment chargebacks or disputes with your payment provider in respect of genuine jl988 transactions.

All content on the jl988 Platform — including but not limited to the jl988 name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of jl988 or its licensors and is protected under Philippine intellectual property law and applicable international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the jl988 Platform without express prior written consent from jl988.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl988's liability to you arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall be limited to the net amount wagered by you in the specific game or transaction giving rise to the claim.

jl988 shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses;
• Service interruptions caused by maintenance, technical failure, force majeure events, government action, or third-party system failures beyond jl988's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including security obligations relating to your Account credentials;
• Errors in odds, game results, or payout calculations that jl988 has already corrected pursuant to its published error-correction procedures.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits jl988's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by jl988's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

jl988 is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment. The Platform provides a range of tools to help Players manage their gaming activity, including:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly caps on deposits to your jl988 Wallet;
• Loss Limits: Automatic session termination once a specified loss threshold is reached;
• Session Timers: Real-time display of session duration with optional forced break reminders;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account restrictions ranging from 24 hours to six weeks;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or minimum six-month account closure with no early reinstatement. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of submission.

jl988 may suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete or pass KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any criminal offence;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider;
• Regulatory direction from PAGCOR or any competent Philippine authority;
• Your voluntary request for self-exclusion or account closure.

Upon termination, jl988 will return any undisputed, verified, cleared balance in your Wallet to you via your most recently verified payment method, subject to applicable AML and compliance checks and deduction of any amounts properly owed to jl988 under these Terms. jl988 reserves the right to withhold funds pending the resolution of any open investigation, chargeback, or compliance review.

You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting jl988 customer support via live chat. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable period and are subject to completion of any pending withdrawal requests and compliance obligations.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Dispute Resolution Process:

1. Internal Resolution: In the first instance, all disputes should be raised with jl988 customer support via live chat. jl988 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 business days;
2. PAGCOR Escalation: If you are not satisfied with jl988's resolution, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the applicable regulatory authority. PAGCOR's contact details and complaint procedures are published on the PAGCOR official website;
3. Legal Proceedings: If the dispute is not resolved through the above process, you and jl988 irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the final resolution of the dispute.

jl988 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments — meaning changes that materially affect your rights or obligations — will be communicated to registered Players via the contact details held on their Account with a minimum of 14 days' notice prior to the amended Terms taking effect.

Non-material amendments, including corrections to typographical errors, clarifications, or changes required by law or regulatory directive, may take effect immediately upon publication on jl988.co.

The current version of these Terms, marked with the effective date shown at the top of this page, is the version binding on all Users. Archived versions of previous Terms may be requested from jl988 customer support.
